Here are the return codes that you may receive after sending an SMS query. If the definitions are not clear enough, please contact our customer service department on +33.413.415.070.

103	[recipients] field does not contain any valid recipient.
104	You don't have enough credit.
106	[sender] field is not valid.
107	[text] field must not be empty.
108	[text] field value is not valid.
109	The [with_replies] field value is not valid.
113	Your account is not validated yet. You can not use Octopush service until you have completed your onboarding steps.
115	[contacts] field does not contains any valid contacts.
121	STOP mention ([STOP au 30101]) is missing from your text.
126	[password] filed value is not valid.
127	[company_name] field value is not valid.
128	[first_name] field value is not valid.
129	[last_name] field value is not valid.
132	You reached the maximum number of daily Own Mailbox.
133	You reached the maximum number of daily SMS for this Virtual Number.
134	[recipients] field contains to many recipients.
135	Reply not available for this contacts.
136	This product is not available.
137	[list_name] field value is not valid.
138	[ticket_number] field value is not valid.
139	[purpose] field value is not valid.
140	[send_at] cannot be later then 365 days.
141	List name already used.
142	The Free Credit Pack only allows you to send some tests. SMS can only be sent to your phone number.
155	Platform is not open.
156	Inbound SMS callbacks email is not valid.
157	Callbacks [api_version] field value is not valid.
158	Email address is not valid.
159	Callbacks [payload_type] field value is not valid.
160	[since_x_seconds] field value is not valid.
163	[amount] field is not valid.
164	[token] field is not valid.
165	[from_wallet_pack_id] field is not valid.
166	[amount] field value is too small. It must be greater or equal than 30.
167	[alert_type] field is not valid.

185	You don’t have registered any payment method. Please connect on octopush.
186	We couldn’t activate auto-rebuy. Your parameters may be wrong.
187	OTP request failed.
188	This channel is not available.
189	The message is too long.
190	Code length should be greater than or equal to 4.
191	Code length should be less than or equal to 32.
192	Session time should be greater than or equal to 3.
193	Session time should be less than or equal to 10000000.
194	One of the following: phone number, email or request token is mandatory.
195	The code field is mandatory.
196	Maximum amount of wrong attempts has been reached.
197	OTP Request expired.
198	OTP Request not found.
199	Wrong OTP code.
200	This voice language is unavailable.
201	This voice gender is unavailable.
202	You can not cancel a campaign if it is supposed to be sent in less than 10 minutes.
203	Voice campaign draft was not found.
204	Sms campaign draft was not found.
205	[tag_name] field value is not a valid contact tag.
206	At least a list or a tag has to be specified.
207	Segmentation is unavailable.
208	You can't transmit more than [your limit] contacts per request.
209	If you need more than 2000, you need to use “Bank direct debit” as payment method.
210	[channel] field is not valid.
211	[channel] field must not be empty.
212	[type] field is not valid.
213	[type] field must not be empty.
214	[purpose] field is not valid.
215	[purpose] field must not be empty.
216	[voice_language] field is not valid.

400	Bad request.
401	Authentication failure.
403	Access denied.
404	Not found.
437	Contacts limit reached, max allowed 20000.
438	Request status check is allowed in 5 seconds.
439	Sms campaign is still being processed.
440	Sms campaign validation is in progress.
441	Voice campaign validation is in progress.
442	Request status check is allowed in 5 seconds.
443	[product_name] is required.
444	[country_code] is required.
445	[contacts] field must not contain more than 100 contacts.
446	You already have a campaign on a list that is waiting for being sent or canceled.
447	You already have a campaign on a list that is waiting for being sent or canceled.
449	[list_name] field value is not a valid contact list.
450	[ticket_number] field value is not a valid campaign ticket number.
455	The maximum number of sub accounts has been reached.
456	[password] field complexity is too weak.
457	Sub account can't be found.
458	[amount] field value must not be bigger than your wallet pack residual credit.
459	A new credit transfer is not allowed before 1 minute.
460	A new credit transfer is not allowed before 24 hours.
462	[email_to] field contains the email of a closed subaccount.
464	[token] has expired.
465	[token] was already used.
468	You have reached the pre-registered users creation limit.
470	This service has not been added to your Octopush account. Please go on [additional services] page and check that this service is correctly switched on (and validated if necessary).
471	[country_codes] field should be an array.
472	Contact lists limit reached, max allowed [your limit].
473	You reached the limit of [your limit] attached files. You can choose a subscription plan to increase this limit.
474	Number of contacts should be between 1 and 500.
475	Your account has been limited because of too many API errors in a row. Please arrange your script so you can clean your request before you send it to us.
476	Phone number or email address is mandatory.
477	The campaign cannot be cancelled in its current status.
478	You can not cancel a campaign with 3 recipients or more.
479	You reached the maximum number of cancellations allowed this month.
500	The request was not processed. Please check HTTP return code. Most common errors are : badly formatted json payload, wrong HTTP method. If the problem remains, please contact Octopush support.
1301	Inbound SMS callback URL is not a valid URL.
1302	Inbound SMS callback URL is not usable.
1303	Inbound SMS callback URL HTTP status is not ok.
1305	Inbound SMS callback URL maximum execution time reached.
1311	SMS deliveries callback URL is not a valid URL.
1312	SMS deliveries callback URL is not usable.
1313	SMS deliveries callback URL HTTP status is not ok.
1315	SMS deliveries callback URL maximum execution time reached.
1321	Voice SMS deliveries callback URL is not a valid URL.
1322	Voice SMS deliveries callback URL is not usable.

1400	Invalid file upload type. The accepted file types are: pdf,png,jpeg,jpg,gif,svg,odt,ods,odp,doc,docx,xls,xlsx,ppt,pptx,txt,csv,tiff,tif,mp3,wav,mpeg,mp4.
1401	[file] field must not be empty.
1402	File upload failed.
1403	The image is not a valid Base64 encoded image.
1404	The image is not a valid mime type. Only {{ mime_type }} are allowed.
1405	The image size larger than {{ max_size }}MB.
1406	The image name is missing.
1407	[page] field is not valid.
1408	[per_page] field is not valid.
1409	The number of items per page exceeds the allowed limit of [your limit].
1410	You have reached the maximum number of conversations allowed, max allowed [your limit].
2000	[template_name] field should not be empty.
2001	[template_name] template not found.
2002	[subject] field should not be empty.
2003	[name_from] field should not be empty.
2004	[email_from] field should be valid.
2005	[destination email] field should be valid.
2006	[subject] field is too long.
2007	The emailing service is not activated on your account.
2008	The emailing service through [emailing_service] is not activated on your account.
2009	The email from name is too long
2010	Agent not found.
2011	Conversation not found.
2012	[body_format] field is not valid.
2013	[language] field is not valid.
2014	[message_type] field value is not valid.
2015	Suggestion action limit reached, max allowed {{ max_allowed_number }}.
2016	[cards] field does not contain any valid rich card.
2017	The email-from value must belong to a domain that you have added and validate on your Octopush Back Office.
2018	[actions] field does not contain any valid suggestion action.
2019	You can’t send emails if you don’t have any routing IP.
2020	Maximum number of attachments is {{ limit }}.
2021	Consumption history can be requested only for past months.
2022	Consumption history can be requested only for the 12 past months.
2023	[template_name] was duplicated.
2024	Too many requests. Please try again later.
2025	File contains potentially insecure content.
2026	[email_from] field is not valid
2027	Callback URL is not a valid URL.
2028	Email sending cost could not be calculated. Please contact Octopush support.
2029	Your access to this item has been revoked.
2030	The email-from value belong to a domain trial was expired
